Religion teaches Creation. Science teaches Evolution.
The revelation of 1960 provides us with the missing link; with the knowledge that settles this age-old debate, once and for all.
The word created in Genesis 1:1 is to have the idea. Nothing has been formed yet, as we see in the next verse:
“And the earth was without form, and void…” Genesis 1:2
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:…” Genesis 1:26.
This is the idea of Adam, not the forming of Adam.
Two creations. The sixth day creation and the seventh day creation:
“And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind…” Genesis 1:24
“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground…” Genesis 2:7
“Creation is the process through which God brought heaven and earth into existence. Evolution is the gradual process in which something changes into a significantly different, more complex, or more sophisticated form, a process within a process. Evolution is part of the creation process. The six days of creation are arbitrary because time, as we understand it, did not exist until after Adam and Eve sinned. Heaven and earth were formed in the six days. Adam was formed after the six days— in the seventh day. Prior to the seventh day formation of Adam, the first of his kind, there were the formations of the sixth day, all the living creatures of the earth, which included other human-like kinds, varying in beastly appearance, symbolizing the beastly stages in man’s spiritual devolution. Adam was the first kind to be made in the image of God. Adam was the highest degree, the finest example of humankind. The six day creation in the first book of Genesis was a physical formation. An evolutionary process; the gradual process by which the things created in God’s mind were formed, each creation going through many changes before matching the image in God’s mind. After this time, God entered His Sabbath, resting from the work of forming all things physical. The sabbath is an intermission between two acts, the physical act and the spiritual act. The seventh day creation in the second chapter of Genesis was the spiritual formation of Adam. The seventh day is also the day in which the spiritual transformation of man is to take place, through which he becomes “the last Adam.”

The truth is, we do not descend from of apes. Neither are we the direct descendants of Adam and Eve. We are the descendants of Cain and the highest development of the living creatures, which is why we have Neanderthal DNA, this revelatory truth now supported by Science.
